FROM THE ROAD
The Cadillac Escalade pulls up to the western curve of Casa Loma's cobblestone driveway — high enough that the train clears the rear door without lifting, low enough that the photographer's wide shot still includes the castle's main turret. Black gloves on the door handle, white ribbons across the front grille, the planner already cued to your exact ETA.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The standard kit for a castle-grounds wedding day. No upcharge for the day-of details that should already be there.

The castle is closed to the public for private wedding rentals after 5 p.m. — here is how the day usually runs from a downtown hotel pickup.
Escalade staged at the hotel porte-cochere, ribbons on, champagne chilled. Doorman pre-notified so the bridal party isn’t dodging valet traffic with a dress.
We turn off Spadina at Walmer, loop down the service road, and pull into the east courtyard where the conservatory ceremony lets out. Avoids the main entry queue. Door held, dress lifted in.
Castle south terrace for the skyline backdrop, Spadina conservatory for the greenhouse shots, then a ten-minute run to the Distillery District for industrial portraits if your photographer wants the variety. All within fifteen minutes of the venue.
Pull back into the east courtyard, planner waiting at the carriage door, DJ cued. Step-out timed with the music intro. Photographer pre-positioned at the carriage arch.
Quiet pickup at the south service road exit — no public goodbye if you don’t want one. Drop at the hotel suite or the after-party. Vehicle stays on call until you are inside.
VEHICLE FOR THIS VENUE
Casa Loma’s east courtyard porte-cochere is rated for full-size SUVs and most stretch limos — the Escalade has six inches of clearance. The Sprinter is too tall for the carriage arch, so the party vehicle stages in the lower parking lot off Spadina Road and the wedding party walks the thirty seconds up the courtyard path. The dispatcher confirms vehicle dimensions during the planner debrief.

Across our network we don’t stage stretch limousines for airport, corporate, or hourly bookings — the brand defaults to executive sedan, full-size SUV, and Sprinter for those. Weddings are the one exception.
On request we can stage a Lincoln Continental 8-passenger Stretch Limousine with white-leather interior, classic white ribbon-and-pole option, complimentary champagne service, and a tuxedo-and-cap chauffeur. The stretch joins or replaces the S-Class / Escalade in any of the wedding packages above; price quoted on request via dispatch. 14-day lead time, subject to fleet availability for your date.
