Liberty Grand has a south loading area off the Exhibition Place service road — we enter via the Princes’ Boulevard gate and stage at the Renaissance Hall side door for the bridal arrival. Gloved hand on the door, white ribbons on the hood, champagne chilled in the cabin. The bridal party gets the ceremony; we get everything else.
FROM THE ROAD
Twelve white columns. One wide stone stair. And a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter parked at the side curb of Exhibition Place where the photographer can frame the bridal party walking up — never the parking lot behind them. Lounge-style seating inside, two facing-each-other captain rows, a centre console with crystal flutes already chilled for the toast on the way to the reception.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The standard kit for a exhibition place wedding day. No upcharge for the day-of details that should already be there.
Classic ivory bow on the hood and the rear door handles, on request at booking.
Six-foot rolled carpet for the curb-to-door step, kept in the rear cargo for the reception arrival.

Liberty Grand has a south loading area off the Exhibition Place service road — we enter via the Princes’ Boulevard gate and stage at the Renaissance Hall side door for the bridal arrival. The main Princes’ entrance jams up with guest valet, so we keep the bridal car off it.
The Princes’ Gates colonnade for the classic-Toronto frame; Coronation Park lakefront ten minutes away for skyline + water; the Liberty Village brick alleys for industrial-portrait variety; Trillium Park for the harbour-side sunset shot. All pre-mapped with your photographer at the planner debrief.
Pull up to the reception entrance with planner waiting and DJ cued. Step-out timed with the music intro. Photographer pre-positioned.
Receptions usually run to 1 a.m. with the Exhibition Place bylaw allowance. We stage at the south service door by 12:30 a.m., ready to leave quietly. Vehicle stays on call until you are inside.
VEHICLE FOR THIS VENUE
The Renaissance Hall canopy clears full-size SUVs and the Escalade fits comfortably. The Sprinter parks in the Exhibition Place south lot — it’s tall for the canopy but a thirty-second walk to the side door.

The default Liberty Grand ride. Escalade with six-passenger cabin for the bridal party + parents.

WEDDING-ONLY FLEET ADDITION
Across our network we don’t stage stretch limousines for airport, corporate, or hourly bookings — the brand defaults to executive sedan, full-size SUV, and Sprinter for those. Weddings are the one exception.
On request we can stage a Lincoln Continental 8-passenger Stretch Limousine with white-leather interior, classic white ribbon-and-pole option, complimentary champagne service, and a tuxedo-and-cap chauffeur. The stretch joins or replaces the S-Class / Escalade in any of the wedding packages above; price quoted on request via dispatch. 14-day lead time, subject to fleet availability for your date.
