Nothing on your end. We monitor every inbound flight from wheels-up via live FAA/NavCanada data. If your flight is two hours late at 4 a.m., your driver is two hours late — same flat rate, no extra charge. If your flight arrives 90 minutes early, we adjust automatically.
For Pearson and Billy Bishop, 4 hours' notice is enough — we usually have a vehicle within 15 minutes of your address. For Buffalo or Detroit cross-border, book at least 12 hours ahead so we can stage a driver near the border in advance.
Yes, every day. Buffalo Niagara (BUF) and Detroit Metropolitan (DTW) are core routes. Your driver clears customs with you, and the rate is flat — no surprise tolls, no surcharge for the bridge or tunnel.
No card is on file at booking. If you cancel more than 4 hours before pickup, there's no charge at all. Inside 4 hours we ask for a 25% cancellation fee — and even that is waived if the cancellation is weather or flight related.
Our Sedan handles three large bags + carry-ons comfortably. The Escalade handles seven large bags. The Sprinter swallows fifteen. If you've got a hockey team and twelve goalie pads, tell dispatch — they'll match the vehicle.
Standard. Your chauffeur waits at arrivals with a name board, helps with luggage, and walks you to the vehicle. For corporate clients we can also do gate-side meet for elderly or unaccompanied minors — just flag it at booking.
