What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellation fee up to 4 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, 12 hours for Sprinter and Party Bus. Inside that window we charge 25% to cover the chauffeur who already committed. Same-day flight cancellations are free if you forward us the airline notice.
