FROM THE ROAD
Roy Thomson Hall has its own pre-show curbside protocol — we know the cell-phone lot, the back entrance for late arrivals, and which staff door opens straight to the orchestra level. Your chauffeur waits silently through both acts; you find the same black sedan exactly where you left it.
WHAT IS INCLUDED

CONCERT PACKAGES
THE SHOW NIGHT, HOUR BY HOUR
Doors 7 PM, show 8 PM. Sample flow for the Escalade friends-night package — yours adjusts to the venue and the headliner.
Escalade at the curb, suited chauffeur, ticket-print confirmation in your bag. Driver loads, confirms the back-door pickup spot one more time before pulling away.
Drops at the restaurant for a 60-minute pre-show meal. Driver parks within two minutes, waits on call. Cooler stocked while you eat.
Pulls up at the side that empties fastest into the will-call line. Drops at the door, doors open at 7. Driver confirms the agreed pickup spot and pulls into the holding zone.
Two minutes after the lights come up, you walk out the side door, the Escalade is twenty feet away. No app, no surge, no “your driver is 20 minutes away” at 10:30 on Shuter.
If the night extends to a drink on Queen West, dispatcher converts to hourly mid-trip for the wait. Otherwise direct home, signed e-receipt to your phone before pulling away.
