Terms of Service — Booking & Using Airport Limo Toronto

These Terms govern your use of airportlimotoronto.limo and every chauffeured ride we deliver. By booking with us you agree to them. They’re written in plain English — no fine print.

Who we are

Airport Limo Toronto is a chauffeur dispatch service operating under Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) commercial vehicle licensing and the City of Toronto Vehicle for Hire Bylaw. We are part of the GrowYourLimo network of four sister sites sharing dispatch and backup vehicles. Contact: +1 (647) 251-8100, info@airportlimotoronto.limo.

Bookings & flat-rate promise

The rate quoted at booking is locked. It includes Highway 407 tolls, airport access fees, GTAA parking, fuel, taxes, live flight tracking, and standard wait time. It does not include optional gratuity (industry custom is 15–20% on the pre-tax total) or any extras you add after confirming (additional stop, vehicle upgrade, hourly extension).

Cancellation policy

• Sedan + SUV: free up to 4 hours before pickup. Inside 4 hours, 25% of the flat rate covers the assigned chauffeur.
• Sprinter + Party Bus: free up to 12 hours before pickup. Inside 12 hours, 25% of the flat rate.
• Same-day flight cancellation: free if you forward us the airline cancellation notice within 2 hours.
• No-show: 100% of the flat rate.

Wait time & flight tracking

Your chauffeur monitors every inbound flight live. Two hours late at 4 a.m.? Driver shows up two hours late, same flat rate, no waiting-time charge. For non-airport bookings, the driver waits 30 minutes free; additional wait is billed at the booked hourly rate, no surge multiplier.

Vehicle assignment

We confirm the vehicle class at booking but reserve the right to swap to an equivalent or better vehicle (e.g. S-Class replaced with E-Class long-wheelbase, Escalade replaced with Yukon Denali) when dispatch needs the original vehicle for a higher-priority run. You will be notified by SMS at least one hour before pickup.

Behaviour in the vehicle

• No smoking (including vaping). (quote) detailing fee charged for violations.
• No open alcohol (Ontario Highway Traffic Act). Closed-bottle transport is fine.
• Soiling the vehicle (sickness, food spills beyond reasonable use) triggers a (quote)–(quote) cleaning fee depending on severity, charged to the card on file with photo evidence.
• Driver may end the ride at any safe location if a passenger threatens, harasses, or endangers them.

Insurance & liability

All vehicles carry commercial passenger liability insurance per Ontario Regulation 555/06. We are not liable for: lost personal items left in the vehicle (we will return found items within 24 hours at no charge); flight changes caused by airlines; weather-related route delays; or losses caused by the passenger’s own actions. Maximum liability per booking is capped at the flat rate paid.

Cross-border runs

For Buffalo (BUF) and Detroit (DTW) cross-border bookings, the chauffeur clears customs alongside you at the Peace Bridge or Ambassador Bridge. You must carry valid passport / NEXUS. We are not responsible for customs delays, denied entry, or additional fees levied by CBSA / US CBP.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute about a booking or charge is to be raised within 30 days at info@airportlimotoronto.limo. We respond within two business days. Unresolved disputes are submitted to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice or, at your option, the Ontario Small Claims Court (claims under (quote)).

Updates to these Terms

We notify booked clients by email 30 days before any material change. The current version is dated June 3, 2026; the previous version is archived on request.
