What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your end. We monitor every inbound flight from wheels-up via live FAA / NavCanada data. If your flight is two hours late at 4 a.m., your driver is two hours late — same flat rate, no extra charge. If your flight arrives 90 minutes early, we adjust automatically.
How early should I book an airport pickup?
24 hours in advance is comfortable. We accept same-day bookings whenever the dispatch board has a vehicle staged near your origin — call dispatch at +1 (647) 251-8100 and we will quote in 90 seconds.
Do you cross the border into the US?
Yes — Peace Bridge to Buffalo Niagara (BUF), Ambassador Bridge to Detroit Metro (DTW). The driver clears customs with you, uses the NEXUS lane when both parties are enrolled, and the flat rate covers the round trip including any wait at the booth.
Will I get charged if I cancel?
No cancellation fee up to 4 hours before pickup for sedans / SUVs and 12 hours for Sprinter / Party Bus. Inside that window we charge 25 % to cover the driver who already committed to your run. Same-day flight cancellations are free if you forward us the airline notice.
What about luggage — will it all fit?
Executive Sedan handles 3 large + 2 carry-on; SUV swallows 7 large + 4 carry-on; Sprinter takes 14 large bags or two oversize ski bags / golf bags. Tell us the bag count when you book and we will upsize automatically at no charge if your bags would not fit.
How is the chauffeur different from an Uber?
Pre-confirmed driver (not whoever accepts), suit + tie + gloves, name board inside arrivals, opens every door, helps with bags, knows the building you are going to. Flat rate locked at booking — no surge, no 4 a.m. premium, no surprise tolls. Commercial liability insurance + MTO licensing, not a rideshare TNC sticker.
