CROSS-BORDER FLAT RATES
THE RUN, HOUR BY HOUR
Sample Wednesday flow: 1 PM pickup downtown Toronto, drop at BUF terminal departures for a 4:30 PM US flight. The crossing decision happens 20 minutes before we arrive.
Escalade at the curb, suited chauffeur. Driver checks your passport class, confirms the I-94 details he pre-filled, loads the bags. We leave with three hours to BUF check-in.
Dispatcher pings the driver with live wait times. Peace Bridge 18 min, Rainbow 32 min, Lewiston 22 min. Driver picks Peace Bridge and adjusts the route. You did not notice anything change.
Driver hands the officer the passports and the I-94, answers the standard questions on your behalf where appropriate. Most crossings clear in 12–18 minutes once at the booth. You stay seated.
Direct to BUF terminal departures level, lane for your airline, bag handoff, signed e-receipt to your phone before the driver pulls away. You walk into security with 65 minutes to spare.
Driver re-clears Canadian customs on the way back — usually 5 to 8 minutes empty. Vehicle is back in the Etobicoke garage by 18:15, ready for the next dispatch.

Our cross-border roster is a small group of chauffeurs who have crossed at all five Niagara/Windsor crossings hundreds of times. The dispatcher does not assign a first-timer to a border run.
If you carry NEXUS and the vehicle is in the NEXUS lane, the crossing time can drop by 70%. We use it whenever the booking traveller is enrolled.
Every vehicle on the cross-border roster carries current insurance pink slip, ownership, and plate-validation sticker — the documents US customs asks for in the rare random inspection.
