HOME/SERVICES/PARTY BUS

PARTY BUS · LOUNGE SEATING · SOUND + LED · 14–24 PAX

The party bus. Group transport
with the cabin you actually want.

A 14-to-24-passenger group cabin built for people who want the ride itself to be part of the night — lounge seating on three sides, a real sound system you can talk over, soft LED lighting that the cabin photographs well under, a fridge stocked at pickup, and a sober chauffeur at the wheel for every hour of the booking. This is the right vehicle for a corporate offsite that wants its social hour to start at pickup, a wedding party that wants to travel together between venues, a milestone birthday where the parents do not want to drive, and a sports group that wants the cabin to feel like the section before the section.

Party Bus lounge · facing leather benches, granite bar, ceiling LED
TL;DR — Party Bus — matte-black 24-passenger coach with facing leather benches, granite bar, crystal-style ceiling lighting. Use for prom, corporate parties, large wedding-party transport. Sound system + flat-screen TVs onboard.

WHAT THIS IS — AND WHAT IT IS NOT

A group chauffeur cabin with sound and lighting. Not a frat-house on wheels.

The phrase “party bus” comes with baggage we want to set down at the start. The party bus on our roster is a chauffeur-grade group transport vehicle. Lounge seating, real sound system, LED lighting, fridge, sober chauffeur. The cabin is built for adults who want the trip between stops to be part of the night, not for a group that needs the dispatcher to look the other way. We do not.

Lounge seating on three sides

U-shape leather lounge bench down both sides and across the back, with seatbelts at every seat. Twenty-four passengers facing each other instead of in airplane rows — the cabin is built for conversation.

Real sound system

Bluetooth-paired sound system with proper speaker placement around the cabin. Volume that lets the group hear each other talk over the music — not a competition.

Soft LED lighting

Tunable LED strip lighting around the cabin ceiling and below the seats — warm whites, soft amber, deep purples. Set on arrival to match the booking; phones photograph the cabin well under it.

Fridge stocked at pickup

On-board fridge stocked at pickup — ice, soft drinks, water, the booking-side beverages you tell the dispatcher to load. We do not stock alcohol; the group brings its own and the chauffeur loads it before pickup.

Sober chauffeur for every hour

Same MTO-licensed chauffeur pool as the rest of the fleet. The driver stays sober for the entire booking, every booking. This is not optional, and it is the difference between a party bus that ends well and a party bus that ends in a 911 call.

14–24 passengers

Driver plus up to 24 in real seats with seatbelts. Most bookings run 16 to 20. Below 14, the Sprinter is the right vehicle; above 24, dispatch contacts you with a multi-vehicle plan.

THE PACKAGE TIERS

Three packages. Three-hour minimum, no exceptions.

The party bus runs a three-hour minimum on every booking — the staging, the load-in, the actual trip, the cleaning between bookings make a shorter booking impractical for the vehicle. Most bookings fall into one of the three tiers below.

WHEN TO PICK THE PARTY BUS

Four use cases where the party bus is the right answer.

Corporate offsite social hour

Twelve to twenty directors moving from the offsite venue to dinner to a drink stop. The cabin lets the social hour start the moment everyone is in the vehicle — not when they walk into the restaurant. Lounge seating, the sound system kept at a conversational volume, the chauffeur invisible at the front.

Wedding party that travels together

Sixteen to twenty bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the close-family wedding party moving between the ceremony, photo stops, and the reception together. The cabin is built for the in-between moments — champagne after the ceremony, photos against the LED, the synchronised arrival at the reception venue.

Milestone birthday with parents who do not want to drive

40th, 50th, 60th, retirement — the celebration where the parents of the group do not want the responsibility of driving home. Lounge seating, real sound, sober chauffeur, multi-venue evening with the late-night drops included.

Sports team or sports group

Whole-section game-night at Scotiabank Arena, post-game group dinner, drop-off. The cabin lets the group ride together both ways — the win and the loss both travel better in a group.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

Three things the dispatcher will say no to. Honesty before the booking.

The party bus runs at chauffeur-tier standards. The dispatcher will turn down a booking that does not meet them.

1

No drugs in the cabin

Possession or use of any illegal substance in the cabin ends the booking on the spot. The chauffeur is responsible for the safety of every passenger, and a drug-incident booking endangers that. No exceptions, no negotiation.

2

No underage drinking

Alcohol in the cabin requires every passenger to be of legal drinking age (19+ in Ontario). The chauffeur ID-checks at pickup if the group includes anyone who looks under 25. A mixed-age booking moves the alcohol out of the cabin.

3

Driver decides if a stop is required

If a passenger needs to step out for medical, intoxication, or safety reasons, the chauffeur calls the stop — not the group. The booking continues after the stop is resolved. This is in the booking contract every booking.

SISTER OPTION — THE SPRINTER

Smaller group, composed cabin? The Sprinter is the sister option.

The party bus is the right answer for 14–24 passengers who want sound, LED, and a moving lounge between stops. For 7–14 passengers who want a composed cabin — corporate offsite without the social hour at pickup, family group run to BUF, wedding party going only between two venues — the Mercedes Sprinter is the right answer. Same chauffeur pool, same insurance, different cabin character.

Party bus

14–24 passengers. Sound, LED, lounge seating, fridge. Right when on-board entertainment is part of the booking.

Sprinter

7–14 passengers. Composed cabin, leather lounge, real conversation. Right for corporate, weddings, family groups, airport runs.

PARTY BUS TRUST BLOCK

What you get with every party-bus dispatch. Specific, not implied.

1

passenger liability

Carried on the party bus the same as every other vehicle on the roster, audited annually. COI emailed to corporate accounts and venue coordinators on request.

2

MTO-licensed chauffeur

Same chauffeur pool as the rest of the fleet — Ministry of Transportation Ontario passenger-service licence. Sober for every hour of every booking, no exceptions.

3

Seatbelts at every seat

Real seatbelts at all 24 passenger seats, not lap-only. The party bus on our roster is a passenger vehicle by build, not a retrofit.

4

Multi-address pickup included

Up to four home addresses on the route at no extra charge on the 6-hour and 10-hour packages. Late-night individual home drops are included.

5

Detailed before every booking

Interior wipe-down, fridge wiped and stocked with fresh ice, LED tested, sound system paired. Cabin smells clean at pickup, not like the previous booking.

6

Dispatcher on call

One direct line for changes — route swap, venue change, additional stop. Driver does not get on the phone with the group while the cabin is moving.

OFFSITE, WEDDING PARTY, MILESTONE NIGHT?

Quote the party bus in three minutes — group size, route, plan.

Tell us how many passengers, how many hours, and the kind of night. We will quote the flat or hourly party-bus rate on the call — or move you to the Sprinter if your group is better served by a composed cabin.

THE PARTY BUS IS THE RIGHT CALL FOR

Four services where the party bus is the default.

Wedding party transport

Bridesmaids, groomsmen, and close-family wedding party moving together between ceremony, photo stops, and reception.

Corporate offsite social hour

Twelve to twenty directors moving between offsite venue, dinner, and a drink stop. Cabin lets the social hour start at pickup.

Hourly charter (milestone)

40th, 50th, 60th, retirement night — the multi-venue evening with parents who do not want to drive home.

Sports group night

Whole-section game-night at Scotiabank Arena or Rogers Centre, post-game group dinner, late drop.

Default suggestion is limo Party Bus — we'll resize automatically based on your passenger and bag count.
What is included in the flat rate for Party Bus Toronto?
The Party Bus Toronto flat rate includes driver wait time, all tolls (Highway 407 included), airport parking, vehicle detail, fuel, taxes, and live flight tracking — everything except the optional gratuity. The number you see at booking is the number you pay; no surge, no 4 a.m. premium.
Can I add stops or extend the Party Bus Toronto booking after I book?
Yes — add a stop via the dashboard or call +1 (647) 251-8100 and we'll quote the additional flat rate before charging anything. Extending an hourly charter mid-trip is fine too; the driver adds the additional hours at the same hourly rate, no markup.

How is your Party Bus Toronto different from a taxi or rideshare?
Party bus toronto chauffeurs are pre-confirmed (not whoever accepts), wear a suit with gloved hands, open every door, hold a name board for airport meets, and help with bags. Flat rate is locked at booking — no meter, no surge. MTO-licensed plus commercial liability insurance, not a TNC sticker.
Do you offer corporate accounts and monthly invoicing for Party Bus Toronto?
Yes — corporate accounts get monthly invoicing, dedicated dispatcher, account-level reporting (by department, project, or cost code), and priority dispatch during peak periods. Setup takes one 20-minute call with +1 (647) 251-8100; first month's invoice arrives on the 1st of the following month.
Can the chauffeur wait for me between stops during Party Bus Toronto?
Yes — hourly bookings include the driver staying on standby between stops at no extra charge. For flat-rate point-to-point bookings, the driver waits up to 30 minutes free; additional wait is billed at the booked hourly rate, no surge multiplier.
