EXECUTIVE SEDAN · MERCEDES S-CLASS · LINCOLN · 1–3 PAX
The Mercedes S-Class and the Lincoln executive sedan. Quilted leather, three-zone climate, panoramic glass, room for one to three passengers with two carry-ons or one checked bag plus a roll-on. This is the workhorse of the fleet — the vehicle on roughly two of every three airport runs we dispatch. If it is just you and one bag, this is the right answer; if you are not sure, the dispatcher tells you honestly.
SEDAN FLAT-RATE MATRIX
Eleven of the most-booked sedan runs from the GTA. Every rate includes the gloved chauffeur, the meet-and-greet at the terminal arrivals door, gratuity, fuel, and tolls. If your city is not on the list, the dispatcher quotes from the same flat-rate sheet on the call.

THE VEHICLES
We do not run anything older than three model years on the airport roster. Both sedans are detailed twice on dispatch day and inspected weekly by the Etobicoke garage.
Black-on-black, the flagship Mercedes sedan. Quilted leather, three-zone climate, panoramic glass roof, rear sunshades. The default airport sedan when the client wants the top-tier ride.
Black, full-size Lincoln sedan (Continental-class trim), longer wheelbase than the S-Class, slightly more rear leg-room. The default corporate-account sedan.
Driver plus three rear passengers comfortably. Two adults in back with luggage is the typical load.
Trunk holds two carry-ons plus one full-size checked bag, or one carry-on plus two checked. Bigger loads need the SUV.
Every sedan on the airport roster is 2022 model year or newer. Older units are off-rostered.
Interior wipe-down morning of, exterior detail before staging. Cabin smells of clean leather, not air freshener.
WHY THE S-CLASS, NOT AN E-CLASS
The E-Class is a fine corporate sedan. The S-Class is the chauffeur-tier flagship Mercedes has been building since 1972 — and the difference is felt the first time you sit in the back.
The S-Class is double-glazed at the rear windows and acoustically lined — the cabin is quieter than most homes. A 4 a.m. airport run from Mississauga feels like the engine is in another vehicle.
Diamond-quilted Nappa leather on every seat, three-zone climate so the driver and the rear passengers each set their own temperature, heated and ventilated rear seats on every unit.
Rear leg-room of a flagship sedan — a six-foot-three executive can cross his legs in the back without folding into the seat. The S-Class is the only Mercedes sedan that ships with rear airline-style reclining seats as an option.
WHEN TO PICK THE SEDAN
One traveller, one carry-on plus a checked bag. The sedan is faster on the 401 and cheaper than the SUV.
Two of you, two carry-ons or one checked each. The S-Class rear bench is the right size and the cabin is quiet enough for a real conversation.
One principal, name-board meet at the lobby, door held at both ends. The Lincoln is the corporate default; the S-Class is the upgrade for the board-day arrival.
Two of you to dinner and a drink stop. Door held, quilted leather, three-zone climate, quiet drive home.
One or two travellers to BUF for a US flight. The sedan handles two carry-ons plus a checked. Customs handled at the booth.
Pickup at YYZ after a fourteen-hour flight from Hong Kong or Doha. The S-Class cabin is the one you want when the only thing you need is silence.
WHEN NOT TO PICK THE SEDAN
The dispatcher will tell you if the sedan is wrong for your trip. We would rather lose the upsell than load you in a vehicle that does not fit.
Three adults and three checked bags do not fit comfortably in the S-Class trunk. Move up to the Escalade.
One car seat fits in the sedan, but two car seats plus parents plus bags is tight. Move up to the SUV for the cargo room and the captain chairs.
Four adults need the SUV; seven or more need the Sprinter. The sedan tops out at three rear passengers.
SEDAN TRUST BLOCK
Carried on every sedan, audited annually. COI emailed to corporate accounts and procurement teams on request.
Every driver carries a Ministry of Transportation Ontario passenger-service licence. Photo and certificate on file at dispatch.
Pickup time auto-adjusts to your actual landing time on the airline carrier's public feed. No “we left already” call.
For airport pickups, the chauffeur stands inside the arrivals door with a name board. No curbside search, no app ping.
Trip closes with a PDF receipt to your phone before the driver pulls away. Itemised, GL-codeable for corporate accounts.
One direct line for changes — flight delay, address swap, additional stop. Driver does not get on the phone.
