What does GTAA-approved actually mean?
The Greater Toronto Airport Authority grants approval to ground transportation operators who meet strict operational, safety, and background-check standards. GTAA-approved means we are licensed to pick up and drop off passengers directly at Pearson terminals, not curbside only.
Is the $5M liability insurance shown on my receipt?
Yes. A summary appears on your digital receipt. Full Certificate of Insurance is available upon request and issued by our underwriter within 24 hours.
How do I verify your City of Toronto PTC license before booking?
Your confirmation email includes our MTO Vehicle-for-Hire license number and City of Toronto PTC registration number. You can verify both with the City of Toronto Licensing & Standards division.
Are all chauffeurs covered by WSIB workers' compensation?
Yes. Every chauffeur on our roster carries current WSIB coverage. This is verified annually and is a condition of employment.
Do you operate the same vehicles across all bookings, or can vehicles change?
Vehicle class is guaranteed (Executive Sedan, Premium SUV, or Sprinter Van as booked). Specific vehicle may rotate within that class for maintenance. All vehicles meet identical insurance, licensing, and safety standards.
What happens if my flight is delayed and you haven't picked me up yet?
We track your flight in real-time. Pickup time adjusts automatically — no call needed. You’ll receive an SMS update with your adjusted pickup time 30 minutes before the new ETA.
If I cancel, what are the refund terms?
Cancellations 4+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 1–4 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% service fee. Cancellations within 1 hour are non-refundable. Terms are stated at booking confirmation.
Do you provide receipts for corporate expense reports?
Yes. Digital receipt is sent automatically after every transfer, itemized with vehicle class, distance, time, driver name, and invoice number for accounting records.
How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers can be booked as little as 4 hours in advance for same-day service (availability permitting). Corporate recurring bookings are best reserved 1–2 weeks ahead for guaranteed vehicle class and preferred chauffeur assignment.
What if I need to add passengers after booking?
Contact dispatch at (416) XXX-XXXX immediately. If your current vehicle class cannot accommodate the new count, we will upgrade to the next tier at no additional charge if available, or rebook at the updated rate.
