Twelve years driving Toronto.
One missed pickup.
We started with one Lincoln Town Car and a 4am Pearson airport account in 2014. Twelve years and 38,000 trips later, the standard is the same — show up early, drive clean, charge what we quoted.
Why we exist.
The day this company started, the founder missed a flight because a black-car service no-showed at his condo at 4am. The dispatch line went to voicemail. Twelve years on, we still answer the dispatch line in person, 24/7. It is the simplest promise in this business — and the most consistently broken.
We are not the cheapest option in Toronto. We are the option that does not pretend to be cheap and then surcharge you on the day. Quoted price = paid price. Gratuity included. Free flight tracking. Free meet-and-greet at arrivals. No "wait time" trap.
Most of our growth comes from corporate accounts and hotel-concierge referrals. Both groups have a low tolerance for unreliable transportation, and have made us their default for one reason: we show up.
The numbers that matter at 4 a.m.
Punctuality is not a slogan — it is a metric we publish. Below are the ones our dispatch team is held to month over month. A chauffeur missing a Pearson run is the kind of failure that ends a business; we have built around making sure it does not happen.
Measured across 12 months of YYZ runs. Tracked per chauffeur. Published every quarter.
Continuously operating since 2014. Same ownership, same dispatch number.
And counting. Roughly 40% airport, 35% corporate, 25% events / tours.
No incentivised reviews. Every guest gets a one-link request after drop-off — that is it.
How we pick our drivers.
About 1 in 9 chauffeurs who apply pass the full process. Everyone in our fleet has been through it.
